Big thank you to Blanchard Security for going over and above.
Early Sunday morning as in 2:05 am our system started to beep ...we finally figured out 5 hrs later how to make that stop .... but could not get the trouble light to go out. luckily for us the home show was in progress in Qualicum. Robert went out of his way to help us followed us home and then got the big boss(Marc) on the phone and got the problem solved ... to all out there while Rogers/Shaw is converting copper to fibre optics this may lead to others having a similar occurance... and to all those out there who want a security system these guys are top notch...thanks again for going above and beyond and on a Sunday

Great experience start to finish with Blanchard Security. From the first phone call - answered by a real and helpful person, who quickly booked me with salesperson Sue, who helped me efficiently determine what I needed without trying to oversell or upsell me (and helped me resolve a problem with my current non Blanshard system), and the professional install (Thanks Steve!) which came soon after. All was completed and operational when they said it would be. For me the best part was talking directly to the people who were helping me, and not having to fight my way through bots and automated telephone purgatory to give someone my business. We moved to the Comox Valley last year and Sue Laughlin-Kippel was the sales associate at Blanchard Security who looked after us. She was very responsive answering our questions via phone and email and organized the installation of exactly the system we wanted - It has worked flawlessly ever since. We paid for everything “upfront” and only have a small annual monitoring fee. We are so happy we chose Blanchard over Telus. Telus’s sales representative sent a 49 page quote that we did not understand. After phoning and being left forever on hold, we could never again speak to the individual who provided the initial quote nor reach them via email. The only option for payment with Telus was a continuous monthly fee forever that would only increase over time as their equipment had to be rented. We highly recommend Sue and Blanchard who are clearly the best choice for a security system in the Comox Valley - you will be a much happier customer.
